Our Method & Process

Our method delivers a luxury, personalised experience whilst being very time efficient for clients.

Traditional Jewellery Buying

Browse traditional high-end retail stores and divert a huge proportion of your budget into the brand name.

Head to Hatton Garden or Antwerp and source a stone independently, which can be time-consuming and difficult to do well without the right knowledge.

Buy from an overwhelming online marketplace without seeing the diamonds in person and without anyone to assist with comparison.

The Six C Method

1

Preliminary Consultation

Usually over a short video call, we will ask a few questions about what you’re looking for, and answer any questions you might have, so we can source an appropriate assortment of diamonds for your piece and to begin the design process.

2

Diamonds & Design Review

If you came to us with a pre-determined design we will present the initial selection of diamonds to you, explaining their relative characteristics and will provide advice on which could best work with your design and budget.

We can discuss any design elements you might not have considered or tweaks you might be contemplating.

If you had less clarity on preferred design during the Preliminary Consultation, we will show you some design options and an initial selection of diamonds, explaining their relative characteristics and advising on which could work best for each design option.

We can talk you through how each design could be altered (e.g. halos, side stones, metal choices, settings styles) answering any questions you have.

This can be one-off or iterative, usually depending on how fixed your initial design ideas are.

3

Quote

Once you have chosen your diamond(s) and design, the final cost of the piece will be provided to you within 24 hours.

4

Production

Once the diamond(s) and design are finalised and the deposit has been paid, the piece goes into production at the Hatton Garden workshop.

Every item is made completely bespoke, by skilled and experienced jewellers.

Production takes an estimated 4-6 weeks but can be expedited where required.

5

Delivery

Once the jewellery is ready, we can bring the finished item to you, or you can view it at our office.

After sign-off and paying the balance owed, the jewellery is yours to take away.

We can offer safe storage of the finished piece if it’s for a surprise occasion and you are concerned it might be accidentally discovered at home!

6

After-Care

Please ensure that you have the appropriate insurance in place for when you’ve received your jewellery. We can help with this.

We would recommend getting your piece checked annually for signs of wear and tear, and to ensure no loosening or damage to settings. We can arrange this for you at no extra cost.
